“Save Nigeria Protest”: Atiku, Obi, Others Storm Abuja INEC Office, Say Amupitan “Must Go”

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) office in Abuja has been besieged by Nigerians airing their grievances concerning certain national developments involving the electoral umpire.

 

 

The aggrieved Nigerians stormed streets  leading to INEC office as part of the ongoing “Save Nigeria” protest

as part of the ongoing “Save Democracy” protest.

 

To register the reason for storming the streets, the protesters donned “Operation Save Our Democracy” T-shirts, while others carried red and white placards with various inscriptions on it.

 

In a video cited by DAILY POST, protesters and supporters of Aisha Yesufu, Mama Pee, Peter Obi, Kwankwaso, and several other activists were seen participating in the protest.

 

The atmosphere at the venue was charged with electrifying performances from protesters chanting songs ranging from “We no go gree” to “INEC Chairman, Amupitan, must go”

 

 

A separate video cited showed prominent ADC leaders like Atiku Abubakar, Peter obi, Kwankwaso and David Mark gearing up to lead the protest at Maitama Roundabout in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT.
