M’East War: Trump Attacks Pope Leo As US President Posts Photo Of Himself As Jesus Christ

By Akanni Toba

In an act many Christian faithful may consider sacrilegious or even heretical, US President Donald Trump has posted an AI-generated image depicting himself as Jesus Christ.

To create a numinous aura around himself, Trump is robed and almost enveloped by a radiant light akin to a halo just that the generated luminosity is not around his head.

Also to give the impression of hard-edged reality of a divine personality at work, the US president, in the image, appears to be performing a healing while figures resembling angels or soldiers keep  levitating around him.

Trump shared the controversial image on his Truth Social page.

After creating an aura of spiritual invincibility around himself, Trump also used the image to showcase the US military power with fighter jet streaking across the sky, and  fireworks exploding overhead.

The Statue of Liberty looms in the background, all in an apparent move to strike fear into the hearts of his administration’s adversaries using a mix of religious symbolism  and  American military power

The US helmsman took to his page two days after  the criticisms of  the head of the Catholic Church, Pope Leo XIV, on the ongoing Middle East conflict.

Reacting to the Pope’s criticisms, Trump in his post described the pointiff as “terrible for foreign policy”  for calling for an end to rising global conflicts.

“Pope Leo is WEAK on Crime, and terrible for Foreign Policy,” Trump wrote.

“He talks about ‘fear’ of the Trump Administration, but doesn’t mention the fear that the Catholic Church, and all other Christian organisations, had during COVID when they were arresting priests, ministers, and everybody else for holding church services.”

The US president also criticized the pontiff’s stance on global issues, including nuclear weapons and recent military actions.

Trump suggested that Leo’s election was solely because of his nationality adding that the Catholic leader “wouldn’t have been in the Vatican” if he wasn’t in the “White House”.

“I don’t want a Pope who thinks it’s OK for Iran to have a Nuclear Weapon. I don’t want a Pope who thinks it’s terrible that America attacked Venezuela, a Country that was sending massive amounts of Drugs into the United States,” he said.

“And I don’t want a Pope who criticizes the President of the United States because I’m doing exactly what I was elected, IN A LANDSLIDE, to do, setting Record Low Numbers in Crime, and creating the Greatest Stock Market in History.

“Leo should be thankful because, as everyone knows, he was a shocking surprise. He wasn’t on any list to be Pope, and was only put there by the Church because he was an American, and they thought that would be the best way to deal with President Donald J. Trump.

“If I wasn’t in the White House, Leo wouldn’t be in the Vatican. Unfortunately, Leo’s Weak on Crime, Weak on Nuclear Weapons, does not sit well with me.” Trump said.
